Aligning New GTR Lighting GEN 2 LED Headlight Bulbs for the Best Beam Pattern

GTR Lighting has been releasing a very exciting improvement to all of their GEN 2 LED Headlight bulbs produced after February 2016. These updated LED Headlight bulbs offer adjustable collars that provides options for the best LED placement inside the headlight housings.

Here you can see the difference the two sets of grooves inside the collar makes. Changing how the collar is attached to the bulb determines which way the LEDs face inside the headlight housing. H11 bulb shown.

The GEN 2 H4 LED bulb produced after February 2016 offers six options to create the perfect alignment for the LEDs inside a headlight housing.

In the past we’ve had trouble getting the LED headlight bulbs to align in the housings correctly. Sometimes the LED chips would be facing in the right direction inside one headlight housing, and in the second be facing crooked with a totally different and bad beam pattern. With these new changes to the GTR Lighting GEN 2 bulbs, you should be able to dial in just the right position to get the best possible beam pattern.
